Payment can also be made in advance per term or academic year or an agreed number of tuition sessions. Payment by cheque should only be made out to 'Cohort Tuition'. Failure to make payments on time will result in a pupil's withdrawal from lessons until payment has been made.
A £10 non refundable registration fee is payable before a student can be fully registered and admitted onto one of our programs of study. This fee is reoccurring at the beginning of each academic year for existing students.
Parents sending two or more children for tuition will receive a discount of £1 per hour for each additional child. Pupils eligible for the discount must be from the same immediate family and the discount is only available when more than one child is in attendance for any given week.
Monthly fee discount via Pupil Referral Programme
For every child who joins the centre on the basis of a referral, parents will reduce the cost of their monthly fee by £5 till the end of the academic year. If pupil is referred near the end of the academic year, parents may choose to bank the discount for the following academic year in order to take advantage of savings for a full year. Parents can refer as many pupils as they like and reduce their monthly fee to as little as £40 per month. *Referral discount only applicable to fixed monthly fee payees, any referral discount will commence in the second full calendar month of the referred member's membership. For example if the referred members started on the 21st of September 2013, the discount would apply to the November 2013 invoice and onwards till the end of the academic year.
1-2-1 tuition discounts
For parents booking more than one hour a week, the hourly rate will be discounted to £24 for the 2nd hour and £23 for all additional hours after and including the 3rd hour.
