Eleven Plus Mocks and Intensive Revision

Eleven Plus Intensive Revision and Mock Exams

Cohort Tuition has developed expertise in intensive exam orientated tuition for the Eleven Plus entrance examinations. With an extremely large team of over 15 teachers, we have a combined total of over 70 years of experience in providing examination support. It is this expertise that forms the basis for our intensive revision courses.

Our courses are designed not only to consolidate knowledge and understanding but also to develop good question answering skills and examination technique. We also believe it is essential that our courses foster student's self-confidence and motivation which, in our experience, underpin effective revision during the summer term and strong academic performance in the actual examinations.

Give your child the edge by booking them onto one of our Eleven Plus Intensive Revision Courses in 2016. Our revision material and mock papers are specific to the CEM University of Durham Eleven Plus exams. This course reflects the content used by the Walsall/Wolverhampton and Birmingham Consortium Grammar Schools as well as the Warwickshire Grammar Schools.

During these intensive revision weeks, our tutors re-visit various topics within the four Eleven Plus components of Maths, English Comprehension / Literacy Skills, Verbal Reasoning and Non Verbal Reasoning. The specific types of techniques and concepts they explore are specific to the final exams the students will be sitting this year. Through these revision sessions students will be able to fine tune exam techniques for all 4 components of the Eleven Plus entrance exams thereby giving them the edge.

Course Outline

All days start at 9:00am and finish at 2:00pm or 3:00pm. There will be 2 short breaks and a 30 minute lunch during the day. All students are required to bring a packed lunch and drinks and snacks for the day.

The CEM Eleven Plus intensive revision course will take place at our Blackheath Centre. The centre address is:162 High Street, Blackheath, B65 0ND .The centre contact details can be found at the bottom of this page.
